You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without stating any reasons thereto. The time frame is 30 days from the day you, or an appointed third party other than the carrier, acquired the relevant item.

In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you will need to inform us of this decisions in a statement (e.g. a letter sent via e-mail) sent to info@ribbley.de You may utilise the contract withdrawal template, but it is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the information regarding the withdrawal before the deadline. Results of withdrawal from the contract are as follows: we shall return all payments that you made, including delivery charges (save for additional costs resulting from you selecting a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered), immediately, in any case not later than within 30 days of us being informed of your decisions to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract. We shall return the payment the same way that it was originally issued, unless you expressly consented to a different solution; in any case, you shall not be burdened with any charges relating to this reimbursement. We may withhold from returning the payments until the moment we receive the items or a proof of their shipping from the you, depending on which event occurs first. Please send the items to us immediately, in any case not later than within 14 days of you informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be considered met if you send the item before the 30 days are due.
